This book was obviously written with a lot of love and insight. It is a wonderful reading; enjoyable, refreshing, and packed with sincere sentiment. The book is filled with love letters to this wonderful young mother’s children, coining the phrase "hindsight is a wonderful thing.” It’s easy to associate these stories with your own life, especially if you are a mother. LaShelle has given us a wonderful, loving, "priceless" look at her life’s journey, which is a great read for all. I would recommend this book to everyone!!!
First, I would like to start off by saying I was not paid to write this review, but I tell you this was one, if not the best parenting books I ever read. It is accompanied with life- saving advice and testimonies from other parents. Oh, and my favorite part at the end are the recipes to have a nice Thanksgiving dinner. On top of that, this book is an easy read. Don't think twice about buying this book. You will enjoy it!
This book is a collection of self-imposed life lessons from a mother to her children. It's also a masterful pat on the back from a young mother to herself as she passes on idealist views passed down by her mother. The book is not intended to be a manual for raising kids but more of an honest look at raising children at a young age, learning, and at times failing. A Priceless love letter from a mother to her children.
